DF Williams has just launched a new staff Health and Safety compliance scheme for all is 400 staff .

Each member of staff now completes the modules to show they are proficient in using either the equipment or the way that they operate in any given area.

Stephen Nurden head of operations said “We feel our staff should not only be fully trained in the best practices of health and safety but feel comfortable knowing there doing it safely. ”

All the staff who complete the modules will gain a certificate for the them to be proud of their achievement and also to the customer how competent they are at their jobs.
